Request for Proposals — Oak Island Pier Complex

Interested parties are invited to submit sealed proposals for operation of the Oak Island Pier Complex (Oak Island Pier, tackle shop, retail space at 705 Ocean Drive and also a restaurant or events center at 801 Ocean Drive). Christmas trees will be picked up with regular yard debris on the normal schedule.   Please place along your property right-of-way for pickup. We will be able to accommodate the first 25 people who can dedicate their time to a great learning opportunity designed to help people understand how the Town runs its daily operations and projects.
